Centry tools privacy notice

Who operates this calculator

This notice covers the IFICI Calculator and the private Centry review collection on this hosting deployment, operated by Centry Cognitive Capital Pte. Ltd. (Centry), UEN 202514224H, of 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. For privacy questions or requests concerning information within our control, contact info@centry.capital. The proposed OpenAI directory submission uses Rupert William Barksfield’s verified publisher identity. Hosting or a working preview does not mean a directory submission has been accepted.

Information and purpose

The calculator uses the answers you choose to provide: annual taxable Portuguese work income, residence year and region, previous Portuguese residence, previous NHR or Regressar participation, whether a potentially qualifying activity has been identified, and whether you have other income. These answers produce the preliminary IFICI screen and illustrative tax comparison you request. You do not need to provide your name, contact details, tax number, identity documents, account credentials or payment details. Please do not include them. You may use hypothetical figures.

How calculation works

The standalone website performs calculations in your browser. In ChatGPT, explicit calculation inputs are sent to Centry’s calculator server, hosted on Vercel. The server returns your inputs, result, assumptions and source references to ChatGPT. The plugin does not request your full conversation history. It provides general information; it does not decide tax status, approve eligibility, file a return or make a legally binding decision about you.

Application storage and retention

The calculator uses answers in memory for the current calculation. It does not save them in a database, deliberately log calculation inputs, create a CRM lead or install an analytics SDK or analytics cookies. Browser answers and results remain in the current page’s memory until you change them or reload or close the page. The server retains no persistent calculator session or saved estimate after processing the request. Responses use no-store caching instructions. These statements describe the application; they do not promise that ChatGPT or hosting providers retain no records.

Private review collection

The other Centry tools on this deployment are private review prototypes. Use fictional information while reviewing them. Depending on the tool, inputs can include financial amounts, currencies, dates, countries, travel records and document text that you choose to provide. The standalone prototypes analyse these inputs in your browser; their callable MCP tools process supplied inputs on the server and return results to the calling client. Downloading or copying an export creates a copy under your control. The application does not automatically email, submit, book or share that export with an adviser.

Access to the private collection requires a review credential. Successful sign-in creates an expiring, essential HttpOnly session cookie; it is not an advertising cookie. The server verifies it using a server-side secret. It does not contain your financial inputs. Signing out removes the browser cookie; an existing copied cookie remains usable until it expires unless the operator rotates the session secret. No personal customer account is created.

Hosting, recipients and locations

Vercel hosts this version of the application. OpenAI separately provides ChatGPT when you use a connected plugin. These providers process requests and technical connection information to deliver and secure their services. Vercel can retain technical request, security and runtime records. The application does not deliberately log request bodies, calculation answers, document text or review credentials, and does not enable Vercel Analytics or other analytics SDKs. This is not a promise that the hosting provider retains no records. Retention of provider records depends on the service, account configuration, contractual obligations and applicable law; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.

ChatGPT may retain your conversation, including tool inputs and results, under the policies and controls applicable to your account or workspace. Centry’s application storage and ChatGPT conversation storage are separate. Do not assume processing is limited to Singapore, Portugal, the EEA or Switzerland. Your choices and requests

You can use hypothetical information, edit your answers, or stop using the calculator. Reloading or closing the standalone page clears its current calculator state; it does not delete ChatGPT conversations, copied summaries or provider records. Use ChatGPT’s account or workspace data controls for information held there. Contact Centry for access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy-rights requests relating to information within our control. We will handle requests concerning data we control, including asking our hosting processor to assist where applicable. ChatGPT conversation controls remain separate. We will explain any legal or technical limits on a request. Do not send tax identifiers or passwords with a support request.

Optional consultation

Copying a summary is optional: you decide where to share it. An introductory consultation is also optional and takes place through a separate Centry page. The calculator does not attach your answers or estimate to the booking link, submit an enquiry, make a booking or take payment. Information you later provide through that page is covered by its applicable privacy information. The separate Centry client-services privacy policy concerns a different service; its client-platform hosting statements do not describe this calculator.

Usage measurement and booking attribution

From 28 October 2026, Centry records product ID, tool name, outcome, timestamp and duration for tool requests, and product-level consultation-link visits. Analytics events exclude financial inputs, documents, names, emails, IP addresses and user or conversation identifiers. There are no analytics cookies or cross-site identity profiles. Standalone browser calculations and local downloads are not counted. Automated tool calls may appear in these counts; they are not verified customers or unique people.

Events are written to Vercel runtime logs under the hosting retention configuration. A separately configured Centry dashboard collector may receive only these allowlisted event fields; no collector is currently connected. The service does not maintain a durable analytics database. Booking attribution adds only fixed campaign and product tags to the separate Centry booking page. A visit is not a confirmed booking. Confirmed booking events require an authenticated booking-provider integration; this is not currently connected.

Use the workspace checkbox to skip future workspace-request counting and open an untracked consultation link. Technical clients can send DNT: 1, Sec-GPC: 1, X-Centry-Analytics-Opt-Out: 1, or centry/analyticsOptOut: true in tool-call metadata. This does not retrospectively delete earlier technical records or change OpenAI/hosting records. The checkbox lasts only in this open workspace. You can also use the consultation page directly without campaign tags.

Updates

We may update this notice when the calculator or its data handling changes. The effective date identifies this version.
